For this I had used brush tools that I had downloaded from https://www.brusheezy.com/ and I practiced using them for this. The brushes where useful because they helped give me the effects that I needed and I could pick what kind of brush I wanted to use. I also mainly used doge and burn tool for this which made this look really cool since they change the effect of the brightness and I could make it darker or if I wanted to make it brighter I could have, but using these tools helped with my skills.
