Which questions worked well?
The questions that worked well was the open questions and multi choice questions. I found out a lot of results and what people liked, they was all different, I got 30 answers from people.
Did anything surprise you?
Yes, I was not expecting much of a result for some of the questions. Like for the favorite genre question i had asked i was expecting Horror to be the top one but it was actually comedy then action, also the question about if they proffered series or films i thought films would be the most liked but it was series.
What might you ask differently next time?
I would next time ask different questions and use graph questions (closed questions). next time i would ask how many hours they use Netflix for in a day. i would also ask if they would rather watch Netflix or YouTube.
